Accessibility statement
Pinnacle Family Law is committed to making both this website and our office usable by as many people as possible — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology, and people for whom stairs are a barrier.
Call (360) 367‑4206 or email dani@pinnaclefamilylawwa.com. You never need to use this website to become a client or to get information from us. We are glad to handle everything by phone, by video, or in person.
Visiting our office
Our office is on the second floor at 2479 Griffin Ave., Suite 201. If stairs are difficult or impossible for you, we have access to a ground‑floor conference room in the same building and are glad to meet you there instead.
Please ask when you schedule so we can reserve it — a day's notice is usually enough. If it is easier to meet by phone or video, that works too, and it makes no difference to how we handle your case.
Other accommodations
Tell us what you need when you get in touch and we will work with you to arrange it — extra time, an interpreter, materials in a different format, a support person present, or a meeting time that fits around medical or care commitments. You do not need to explain why.
Where this website stands
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. We consider this site partially conformant with that standard: most of it meets the guidelines and some parts do not yet. We would rather say that plainly than claim more than we can currently support.
What works
Images are described
Photographs carry alternative text for screen readers, and decorative images are marked so they are skipped rather than read aloud.
Every page begins with a skip link, so keyboard and screen reader users can jump straight past the navigation.
Labelled forms
Form fields are properly labelled, and each page declares its language so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
Known limitations
Heading structure
Several older pages do not begin with a single main heading, and the blog index uses more than one. This makes navigating by headings less predictable. We are correcting it.
Third-party tools
The embedded map, the scheduling tool, and the client portal are run by other companies. We do not control their accessibility, and we will give you the same information or service another way on request.
Documents
Some documents we share may not be fully accessible. Ask and we will provide an accessible version or go through it with you.
Telling us about a problem
If you hit a barrier on this site, please tell us the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will give you the same information another way in the meantime.
How this site is built
This site runs on Squarespace. Some aspects of the underlying platform are outside our direct control, but the content, structure, and styling are ours, and we treat accessibility problems in those areas as our responsibility to fix.
